The Rosy Tosy, a handcrafted 12 ft. double-ended, round-bottom boat, designed by the famous Captain Dick Hartge of Galesville, MD. This beautifully varnished wooden collector’s piece was built by Hartge Yacht Yard on the West River and is being donated by Alex and Donna Schlegel. She “rows like a scull, tows like a leaf, and planes on the stern wave behind a big boat with slack painter.” Her impeccable condition draws admiring glances in any harbor, and her sturdiness will offer decades of rowing enjoyment.
